Return / Cancellation Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchases. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS:
All returns must be postmarked with in seven days from date of delivery. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original labels and tag s attached.
RETURN PROCESS:
To return an item, email us at alden.decormanila@gmail.com to obtain a return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving the RMA number, place the itrem securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use our 3rd party delivery partner.
REFUNDS:
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email and Text messages when your returned has been process.
EXCEPTIONS:
The following cannot be returned.
- Assembled and Damage Packaging
